I would like to be kept locked inside at night as this woukd keep me out of trouble, and I have OCD. I would feel safer doing this too.

What sort of trouble do you get into at night?

I have a rather bad case of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and sometimes I go and check light switches, doors, etc,
and I drive myself crazy with it. Maybe trouble wasn't the right word, but I can get upset enough that I could end
up doing something that would get me into trouble, albeit minor.

When I was a kid, I was kept locked in my room at night (eye and hook type latch) and even though I didn't
really like it at the time, kept me safe, and I did feel safe when I heard that latch being closed.
I know there is a huge debate over this going on in various forums, "oh it's a fire hazard, blah blah...I heard it all)
but looking back I am glad my parents did this, because it may have kept me out of some serious harm (I was a rather rambunctious child back then, and when I was little, I nearly caused a house fire by sticking a butter
wrapper on an open stove flame, then running through the hallway with it in a panic).

Of course, I wouldn't do that today, but I still would rather be kept locked up at night.
