Be glad, because in my state, a movement is underway to stop bullying in schools by educating teachers and adminstrators on how to prevent it. It might actually do some good, and, word is, the rest of the nation is watching us. Maybe success will finally be ours?

It would be so great to see an end to bullying! I find that it still goes on in university and in the workplace. If we can stop it in children, all generations will eventually enjoy bullying-free relations with one another.

I hope everything works out for the best in his case.

I have had horrible experience with bulling when I was a kid. I remember times when the principle had to come to the class and explain that if any bullying remarks where made to me that the perpetrators would be suspended, but even that only helped a little bit. The bulling would change over time through the years, but it didn't completely stop until high school. In the end it is the image the kid portrays and the friendships that he makes that will decide how this plays out.
