We Blacks and Hispanics stick together to protect ourselves. NOT ADVOCATING that we should form criminal gangs! Rather we should form LEGAL gangs. What I also like is how the black/hispanic community also call each other “brother” and “sister” this is a WONDERFUL tradition that I think we should copy. We don’t have to be united by “race” (since some of us have been bullied by our respective "races", but by our challenges. Many of us have no friends and face social/job discrimination However most friendships are formed through similarities and being able to relate to each other. Our challenges is one commonality we have. Plus no one will pick on us due to us being a collective unit. (in the olden days blacks/Hispanics were picked on but NOT ANYMORE due to operating as a collective unit and striking FEAR into racists through legal/social reforms and by larger numbers.

I am not comfortable joining a gang, and a lot of that has to do with having been gang-stalked for 20 to 30 years when I was younger.

And when I see aspies ganging up against a fellow aspie, it sickens my stomach. :eew:

So, I'll pass... 8)

I think a lot of Aspies secretly hope for acceptance by normalcy. But OP himself has shown us that full integration doesn't seem possible, unless ALL sides want to integrate, rather than "stick together."

It seems like OP and the Aspie-hopefuls are at an impasse.

I don't think the NTs will ever fully accept us. I think we're too fractured to "stick together."

"Organising aspies is like trying to organise a box of kittens", or something to that effect. 8)

Since the OP is no longer with us and his idea has been largely rejected for several reasons (as it was with his earlier account), I think it's time this thread was consigned to history.

Locked.
