i just mean if you are going to be against pre natal testing because you dont want autistic abortion, but your not against all abortion than thats hypocritical.

There is a slight difference: abortion happens because the pregnancy is unwanted, whereas abortion following prenatal diagnosis happens despite the pregnancy being wanted. I don't see why someone who is for one couldn't be against the other. Some may question the ability of the parents who choose abortion after prenatal diagnosis to care for their child. What if the child gets sick later on in life? What happens to him/her then? I'm personally pro-choice all the way, because I think forcing someone to go through a pregnancy for any reason will most likely result in tragedy for everyone involved.

Not everyone is emotionally or financially able to care for a special needs child.

Yes, but what if the child has an undetectable disease or disability, or develops a disease later in life? Will the parents be able to care for him/her then? But then again, most children are (mostly) healthy, so the chance of one having a serious disease or disability are quite low.
