I have not renounced my genius I just thought the way I put it out wasn't smart. I think I was too direct and aggressive in the autism supremacist approach.

If anything that is using your genius abilites....I am sure there is much you can do to help end some of the discrimination directed at people with autism or maybe even other conditions and without the agressive approach it could very well be more effective.

Creative diplomacy seem to work but that is to generalized to explain. The idea is to get along but to do so while creating opportunity. That's how I do it.

Is the bolded part why you're giving up on your ideas?
I don't agree with them, but I don't agree that you should give them up just because people dislike you for them. You should give them up because you've found them to be incorrect, or because someone has proven to your satisfaction that they are incorrect.

For the record, I strongly disagree with autism supremacy, but I don't dislike you personally, and I'm sure that's true of most of the people who are opposing you.

Young sir, every single opressed minority has a period of hatred towards a group that has treated them wrongly. Some do not escape it. I am thankful that you have. I hope that you understand that you should judge people as individuals and not as groups as I judged your actions, that have now changed, and not an individual. Also, prove excellence before proclaiming it.

I favor an approach of mutual support between autistic people that goes beyond the boundaries of any abstract ideal such as "autism supremacy" or "neurodiversity." While it is perfectly within one's right to believe in such ideals, it is wrong to impose them on others and profess to speak for others through these mediums.

I did not necessarily disagree with many of your (aspie48's) aims, only the supremacist ideal and the stigma that autistic people are superior to everyone else that goes along with it.

I myself went through a phase where I thought myself superior to everyone else. Everyone appeared to me as if they were stupid sheep copying one another and following social rules without being able to think for themselves. But this was before my diagnosis, but had it been after I may have fallen into the same trap and thought that it was my AUTISM that made me superior and may have followed the same thought pattern that aspie48 has and I'm sure many others also have. (It should be added here that I no longer think that I'm superior to anyone, this was back in my teenage years.)

Good... everyone has to be fine with himself. The most important thing is that you like the person you are. If you behave the way you think is right, you never have to be ashamed of who you are. There's not autistic supremacy and there's nothing wrong in being autistic.
