Neurotypical social intelligence is constructed and percieved entirely upon the little nuances that we don't 'get'. Thats why to them, we appear 'ret*d'.

Like I said though, its pointless trying to argue with trolls like the one from youtube in the image in the opening post. They're less interested in fact and more interested in trying to get a rise.

Unfortunately these trolls happen to be my bosses that have the power to hire and fire me and would fire me in a second once they think I am an autistic ret*d. They would even fire Einstein once they find out Einstein can't even remember his own phone number.

This happened to me on Youtube today, when trying to fight ignorance and the new "insult" of using autistic instead of "ret*d" started because of 4Chan. I hate the fact both of them are used but it really ticks me off when people think being autistic is the same as being stupid or not quite on par with our peers mentally.

What really makes me sick is the fact this person outright tries to TEACH me what I have. Disgusting people like this should not exist.


Autism is not an "antisocial personality disorder".
Take for example the opening line of the item on Wikipaedia about Autism: "Autism is a disorder of neural development characterized by impaired social interaction and communication, and by restricted and repetitive behavior."

To use it as an insult is wrong, but you did yourself no favours by being..wrong.
