I've heard it a few times. I'm sure it will become more popular, however, as autism becomes more widely known.

Never yet heard autism used as an insult. The first person who I do hear do that will likely regret it, though.

thats why we have the ultimate insult which is NT.
its a countermeasure.

humor, show them their ignorance and then laugh in their face.
