I think the above approach will work for some. There is a real world to contend to. Not simply the emotions of political animals trying to dictate how progress will be made simply because of an image of autism in society they want to modify for political purposes. As far as the anti-charity, anti-cure, pro-cure and so on all that matters to me is human rights and they tend to protect all sides in their existences.

I agree with that. I was around in 1974 when the Supreme Court ruled that people could not be locked up for life that had never done anything but be different, without illegal acts, and due process of law, all people deserve to be free, and supported as need be. I got to work with some reintergrating in the world. They did well.

Some could only live with disability support, and some were smarter than me.

While it did uphold human rights, basic rights and support, it could not direct people to use the same human rights to function and prosper in the world. Only those who could, "Act Normal" could reach higher goals.

So not locked up, not starved, but still shut out of life.

I have a chance to live beyond the limitation of disability supports. I also have the hope to help create means to work for others beyond disability supports. Any limitation placed on me by pride advocates and or related I feel would be the strongest barrier to overcome and will be overcome easily. Some of them don't like an employment program the public supports to create opportunity such as Autism Candles that I created. Them people are worse then the so called oppression of the N.T's in my mind. I think of them as very bad politicians at times.

Also I believe in making it into a charity because with a charity status I can raise money for better housing for people and get grants. Right now I live in a rat infested, annual flooding and limited work space house and I am determined I will do better. Also when our teeth go bad and disability insurance does not cover it until it's a severe medical issue I believe in having jobs available the public supports so we can have out teeth fixed. Pride politics to me is so very self-centered at times about the image of autism for the sake of other issues like abortion, autism is is a gift and so on they become the worse problem.

I don't say these things in the media but being attacked one time by a group of pride advocates (aspies) online has me determined to be able to defeat them should it be needed.
