Can somebody please explain to me what the point is of "spreading your genes" if you're not even going to have any contact with your children? Sperm donors don't get to have contact with any of the kids that get created with their sperm, their sperm is merely made available for other couples to have kids if for some reason, they aren't able to conceive with the male partner, like if he's infertile or something, or they don't want to. So, if those kids created with your sperm aren't legally yours, you don't have a right to have contact with them and other people don't even want your sperm, then why even bother with it?

I think it has to do with evolution and wanting to keep aspies and autistics from going extinct. It's like what has happened with Down's syndrome, ever since they have introduced screening for it and doing ultra sounds, more of the DS fetuses have been aborted and now they are rare now. I used to see more of them when I was a kid and I would wonder why aren't there any out there who are younger than me. Now I know. The first time I saw a DS person younger than me I was about 13 and then when I was 15, I saw a infant with it. I knew two other boys with DS who were about my age when I was seven but I have no idea if they were older or younger. Now this place wants sperm from certain people and won't take any from people with any disorders.
