I changed the words at the bottom to be "Proud to be Autistic" on the top it still says "I was put on this planet to puzzle you"

Personally I abhor the puzzle logo. I'm not a puzzle.
I think such cards or identifying badges would be very useful for someone prone to meltdowns or with difficulties in communication, although personally I don't carry such things, I tell people as and when I want them to know, so as not to give them preconceptions.

No, but it's inspired by the common "aspie" trait of looking for the little pieces rather than the big picture.
