The new ASD criterion may change that. I have HFA. However services are for those that need supportive living and inclusion assistance. Things like getting to the grocery store, management of life and related. Why would an engineer, scientists or PHD graduate like ASAN is comprised of in the alike in their leadership need social services. It's why I think they may be political special interest that seek to really evade needed services with poor representation. The diagnostic spectrum may be narrowing and there is belief in some circles I've noticed that states a person could have a history of autism but no longer be diagnosable because the diagnoses is about functional criteria. Early diagnoses seems to be about early intervention to lesson the effects of autism on into adulthood. I am not an expert at these things and pick up some as I go.

aside from the fact that arogance and pride are a human problem in general.why do you see pride as such a problem in the politics of autism.it seems you over focus on that.as i said before where's the beef.i dont see autstic pride hindering treatment and services i also dont think it helps either.@oodain im glad your from denmark a great country my grandmother was from there.i have never been there,but my father did go to cobenhavn,i think that the right spelling

Pride advocates have gone well out of the way to be destructive toward other pursuits and the pride propagandists typically invents into, straight out lies or imagines things. Such as saying people had autism when scientifically those famous people were never proven to have autism. As a self-esteem builder I get why they say those things but as a politic front building peoples self of esteem to go against peoples human rights to a cure was it's downfall. I can fully understand being proud of oneself and not living life as if one is defective but realizing one has a disability is the truth but no need to focus on it. If someone has autism but is able to function very well without assistance it's hard to believe they actually have autism let alone should they have the gulls to evade cure for those not as fortunate.

I've told you why I focus on it. This is a popular web forum and I've given it 4 months of my life to influence people. It is part of my job technically but realistically it's a protectionist study should my own organization for inclusion be attacked again. I believe organization should work together despite differences but it's hard to when one mention of the likes of Autism Speaks has politically programmed people thinking they are the Jews and it's WWII for crying out loud.

I am able to blend concepts, issues and what not like others along with sublime notions of and relating to in a creative writting fashion. I enjoy writing strategy. Just doing so to get the same kind of attention others do when they say others are Nazi's. This to balance it out with one extreme to another then folding in to the middle of rationality.

I like WWII history.
