The autism spectrum is a partial lie

Those things add to it, but yeah there is depression caused by the chemicals related to mood not working right...It could be said I have both clinical depression and life related depression, things in life I am depressed about I can usually find ways of improving but it does not get rid of the general depressed mood I am in. Also I don't have much confidence at all which can make things more than overwhelming.
Well the clinical or er.. chemical depression can be controlled and the environmentally caused depression and be beaten down with reasoning and forced to dissapear. YEah, and when these people to get up and do something they're trying to tell you to have confidence in yourself partly. I have confidence in you to overcome at least a part of this.

Well lets see when I actually found out I had depression after a suicide attempt, I tried counseling and that did help with a lot of the life related depression, I mean sure there are some major things that still bother me but I know ways to deal with that which work. As for the chemical depression, It seems rather uncontrollable I tried anti-depressants and they made it worse...so for that I kind of just have to cope with it not everyone would like how I do that but that's where I have to remind myself its my life so my choice.
