Ok, provided you're 59 as your profile states, that gives you what, 20 years or so before you reach average life expectancy. Do you really expect science to beat mortality in that timeframe, given the state things are in now? How do you propose getting around that; will you freeze your body upon death in the hopes of being revived at some later stage? How can you be sure people will hold your wishes true and revive you later even if you are frozen, rather than just taking your money, going "haha you're dead, not like it matters..." and disposing of the corpse? What will your soul/essence/[insert name] do in the meantime, just hang around waiting for the body to regain vitality?

I thought the answer might be along the lines of, "those who have faith never really die, as they ascend into heaven." That's a familiar concept, and valid, for those who have faith. I haven't heard the futurist thing before.

I'm genuinely curious now. I mean, I do believe the soul goes elsewhere, though I'm not much of a religious person... I'm interested in hearing what your thoughts are, Lau. I mean, sure, I may not have *a grasp of science* (actually, I do) as you put it, and I may be *quaint* , but I've got the combined experience and knowledge of the past hundred thousand years or so of human evolution and experience behind me, where every single person born has died (bar one if you believe the Christian story...) - that's proof enough for me. Though all said and done, one can never say 'never'.

Yes, that is one of my biggest beefs with her. She portrays autism as the worst thing that could happen to a child, worse than measles, worse than death... when really it's not. No, her son DID die in front of her. He started having seizures immediately following vaccination, which led to cardiac arrest, and he died. Thankfully they managed to revive him.

Perhaps you should learn a little more about someone's story before you launch personal attacks on them?

Don't screw up words like that. A vasovagal response is common for things like shots. Hell, a couple times I have had a vasovagal response to shots, and yes my heart did stop beating a little bit. I'm not saying autism is bad and should be wiped out - I'm saying have a little understanding for what parents have to go through with it, and for what the woman has been through with her son. I'm also not saying I believe her son was cured by chelation or whatever she's on about, though I've no doubt the diet did wonders as it has done for many - he's very young, and often kids that age with autism do get 'better' as they get older, I'm sure we can all relate.

I'm just saying stop the vendetta against her. She's a mother putting herself out there trying to do the best she can for her son whilst trying to stop the same trauma and horror she's been through happening to other parents around the world, and demanding safer medicines for all of us. Again - nothing wrong with that.

First of all, you can't revive dead people.

Second, his seizures weren't caused by the vaccines like her idiot mouth claims.

Death is more a process and less an event, barring any sudden and catastrophic trauma like decapitation, being riddled with bullets, car crashes, etc.

I agree; she's such an idiot! "My son's almost cured!", yeah, right! If someone found a cure for autism, it probably would be worldwide, headline news and it hasn't been found yet! I'm still apalled by what she said on Oprah's talk show a while back, "My son's just gonna sit and stim all day; who's gonna love me?" Of course, her son's gonna love her, even if he can't show it! Ugh, she's such an idiot!
