OK, this may be a stupid question... (or a suicidal one, I almost feel like I'm standing in gasoline and striking a match) but what is the general leaning of the membership of this board on this issue?

Anti-Vaccines / Vaccines cause it

Vaccines are fine / or at least don't cause it
...
Split down the middle / some combination?

When will these morons learn that an increase of diagnosed cases doesn't necessarily mean that there are more case but usually means they are getting better at diagnosis.
