Yeah I know it's stupid, anyway what do you think of this law?
It requires all New Jersey provisional license drivers to have a little red sticker on both their license plates.

<libertarian anger>Well, what the hell is the sticker going to do? Assuming someone actually notices the sticker on the license plate, then what? It doesn't help the public, because they're not going to change their driving habits for a sticker. (See also: "Baby on Board" stickers)

All it does it single out people for no good reason, which is very wrong. Also, I found this as being part of "Kyleigh's Law":

What the hell, New Jersey? Why only under the age of 21? That's discrimination if I ever saw it. Shouldn't everyone with a provisional license be treated the same way?</libertarian anger>
