My mom had a C-section on me because she had cervical cancer. She did survive it though but anyway, she also had other health issues and also I was ten pounds and two ounces.

Yet, I find this funny because I am on the autistic spectrum. My mom also has autistic traits and yet I know they haven't found any cause of autism... I wonder if its still likely. I mean it does make a lot of sense, right?

i dont think it's the c-section that increases the chance for autism; the offset of it in the brain starts waay before it's time for birth; however autism and the nessecity for a c-section might share the same cause. in my case, my mother also had and got treated for cancer when she was pregnant with me (she also survived, so luck there).
