You know what tho? Bullying is a symptom of an unaccepting deranged society. No amount of laws will stop it. It takes complete cultural reform, and that's exactly why it still exists everywhere in the whole world.

I didn't perceive what the person said as an insult. First I was busy working on something else and an email came in saying a reply happened. A few minutes after replying I realize I likely misunderstood and figured it would be a funny so didn't delete it.

I find humor can heal many things. Yet when hearts at times do hate it is destructive in many ways.
