Hello WP people,
a question for you: what's advocacy and how does it work? Is it referred to some US institutions?
As some of you know, I'm Italian and my country is quite different from yours.

Googling for "autism advocacy italy" gave me:
http://www.autism.org.uk/our-services/s ... utism.aspx
I.e. Italy may be a little behind the times. The above NAS site does give a single Italy link to http://www.autismoitalia.org/

I also got:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autistic_S ... cy_Network
They don't have anyone in Italy... yet?

No, they don't. Lau, thank you for your answer. I don't know other Autistic people outside WP, only some kids who have therapy with my son. The thought that autistic people can stand up for themselves is not yet born here. I'd like to know someone of you who is advocate.
