This evening something that will really be history changing in autism politics took place. Agents of aff on wrongplanet just threatened to bring legal charges against tambourine man. He made two accounts on their site. For that they want to bring up hacking charges against him. This is total bs. The mods are taking over one of my threads just to control the situation. I want to support their effort in trying to keep this clean too. As some of you may know tam man was banned from aff on trumped up excuse of working for autism speaks. They continued to tell people that he was on a lethal mess combo and stalk his family. That is just going way too far. I differ from his point of view, but this is an unacceptable way to treat anybody. They also publicly posted his ip adress on my thread, violating their privacy policy. I used to trust aff. I used to support aff. This is inexcusable manipulative behavior. In my mind they are as damned as autism speaks, Jenny McCarthy and judge rotenburg center now. Please tell them that we support tambourine man. Stop this persecution. I am very sad that a major autistic run organization has just folded itself. I am crying right now. This discredits us as a community. I hope that autism self advocacy will continue despite the corruption of such a large group.

I don't know what is going on. I can't even figure out what I'm being accused of. I don't know how my IP became public knowledge, or if if that is my IP, or what it means if it is.

Anyone who breaks forum rules at AFF gets threatened with the police. It's a trees/forest perceptual error by their moderators. It's not a big deal. (Presumably at some point reality kicks in before they complain to the police about rogue forum users.)

I would encourage you to take a break. Let the mods take care of everything. These people are trying to wind you up. Don't let them succeed. The Sheriff ain't coming to your house. That is all hot air. I would encourage you to go to bed now it's pretty late. Dont even worry about it. Let's all just stay off this for a couple of day to let things settle.

From what I heard, you were MadOnes on AFF as the IP addresses on both that account and your original one match.

On most forums, including this one, having one than one account is a bannable offence by default.

To further add, the only way that could be a coincidence is if one of the following happened:

* Someone hacked your router/router was poorly configured and turned it into an open proxy for them to use.
* Someone else in your house used your computer.
* Someone is freeloading off your wireless connection and decided to troll you.
* Your IP address just happens to be shared by someone else who thought the same things as you did on the whole Mechanima issue.
* Someone spoofed your IP Address (nearly impossible to do now with NAT and with how ISPs screen packet headers for such spoofing)

This whole business is downright disturbing. I have an account there. That really disturbsme. If they try anything funny I'll call the cops though. We could all be blackmailed just for using that site. And the crazy part is that they run so many good programs like auttv. I used to watch that. I learned a lot from it. I feel very betrayed by the actions of these people. I think that it would be good to know the whole story at some point. Right now their motivations are unclear. We need to find out if these individuals on wp really represent. If they are mods or leadership on aff. If it turns out that is the case then this is really bad.

He did go there to start his writing career for Autism Speaks, did get involved with the Hydra, many names and a track record, and then came to Wrong Planet dragging it along, with a claim of innocence. I'2 grade innocence.

He was claiming legal action against the Hydra, when someone flipped his game.

Wrong Planet is the largest, moderate, so his choice of launch location was not based on intelligent questions from the community. He could have interviewed ASAN.

We were bypassed, then the web war was pumped from here.

My question is what is being done toward education, job training, employment, for for high functioning adults?

Does Autism Speaks agree that the current adults are the most likely future for the current children, and if so, would not that be the single most important thing to do to better the most lives?

Or would they rather spend on research that might show something in fifty years, as we wait, and they retire?

We are beyond Good and Evil, we want results.
