At least he was unharmed, the news item failed to indicate if the fire was lit or unlit.
Some news reports fail miserably by missing out the most important questions that go through viewers' minds.

well it said he probably went from the roof in so there was probably no fire. I live like 45 minutes away from Salt Lake and the weather has been in the 60's-80's for the last few weeks so there wouldn't be a fire.

If the fire had been lit he'd have surely died or at the very, unlikely least, been very seriously injured.
