How to start a group

I'm A very outspoken Aspie(somewhat), And was wondering how to go about starting a group for Autism and aspies, in the area. I can't say that I suffer horribly from it, but I would love to have a friend that I wouldn't have to worry about being awkward around. Alot of them. Sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum.

if your looking for a local group put up flyers and advertisments in areas where potential group members may see them.if your looking for a international group start a good website
