"UNICEF Oman is seeking a consultant to conduct a situation analysis on the services related to children with ASD in Oman and develop a 10 years strategy and a 5 years implementation national action plan.
The main goal of this project is to Improve the quality, expand the scope and coverage of education services for children with autism.
Among the required qualifications:
- At least 15 years of practical experience in areas related inclusive education for children with autism.
- Prior experience in areas of inclusive education in the region, especially those that are in high-income contexts.
- Exposure to international best practices and/or publications in the field of Autism.

Timeline: 34 working days between August-December 2015
