I just saw this on LinkedIn. It appeared intentions were good but I found it to be patronizing. What are people's opinions on it?

I think that it's a blatant attempt to get people to sign up for a LinkedIn account.

This is Matthew, he is on the autistic spectrum. After a lot of job applications McDonalds saw something in him that they valued. They never saw his disability as a reason not to employ, unlike a few other big companies he applied to. He has a BTEC in art and design with distinctions, never missed a day at school or college. Student of the year etc etc. McDonalds will benefit and Matthew will add value. So you you may think we'll it's just a burger joint, dead end job etc... Well he's happy as Larry , serving the public with a smile, learning and training. So a massive thank you to McDonalds for seeing the person not the disability.
