Minnesota? Sure I bet I would get on just fine with the police up there. CO? CA? NY? WA? TX? Nope nope nope. One good cop is one good cop. That guy is making friends at work, granted he's doing a good job of it but I'd bet anything his whole precinct wants the PR to stop so public oversight does too.

Trusting police, for most of the world, is DANGEROUS. Most American departments are willing to take cash from people's wallets just to buy cars & weapons. Small town & beat cops can be great. The rest are basically a mob.
