He does seem to have a general tendency to inaction until the heat goes on. Not that he's the only politician here that this could be said of..

Well that was absolutely HORRIFIC! to read! I wonder if as an American it would mean anything if I said something. I can still e-mail, because that's inhumane, evil really.
Even if he is violent-ish, has melt-downs and the like you can work with a person, either way that's NOT how you treat a person, they don't even do that to criminals. How cruel.
