Severely Disabled Woman Assaulted by Refugee

It doesn't say why the disabled woman couldn't speak- if she was autistic or if something else was going on, but it was pretty disturbing. Even if she wasn't autistic, the story should still be concerning for all of us.

I myself will eventually be in a state like this because of my neuro disease (unable to speak, needing a lot of help). Poor girl was just innocently sitting on her front porch trying to enjoy the day.
