Congress blocks a rule issued by the Obama Administration requiring the SSA to send in the names of beneficiaries with mental disorders (NOTE: Autism IS listed under mental disorders in the SSA blue book*) who also have a 3rd party manage their benefits. I am tired of seeing people with mental illnesses, as well as autistic people, getting scapegoated for the recent rash of widely publicized violence in this country:
