Ruti was the first openly autistic rabbinical student at the Jewish Theological Seminary.
I do not know for sure if she is the first openly autistic rabbi but so far I have not seen any references to autistic rabbis.
Her twitter page describes her as Conservative Rabbi. Feminist. Ritual Artist. Rabbinic Disability Scholar
"Conservative" does not refer to political ideology but is a a branch or movement of Judaism
