2 successful autistic women talk about it on public radio

2 women who diagnosed well into adulthood were interviewed. One is an American professor who was recently elected to her local school board as an out Autistic. One is a British journalist who has written a book about her experiences. They also take a few call from people who were also diagnosed as adults.

Living On The Autism Spectrum: Women Talk About Their Diagnoses As Adults

If the two women happen to be wrong planet members, I want to say thank you. I know that it is a lot of pressure to represent such a diverse community but I think you did very well. I think listeners will come away knowing more about autistic people.

Now that I think about it, why aren't more high profile Aspies/Auties posting here on WP?

Alex, perhaps you could use your influence and get Temple Grandin, Dan Akroyd or Darryl Hannah to setup regular "sticky" threads for us to ask them questions...
