Channel 4's Hollyoaks search for new female star

Hit channel 4 soap Hollyoaks are on the lookout for a new star for an upcoming role.

The Chester-based show is looking to cast a young female actor with additional needs for an on-going part.

Filmed mainly at studios in Childwall in Liverpool, bosses have written in a teenage character with Asperger's syndrome.

According to the casting call, "exciting females" aged 16-19 with the condition are welcome to apply.
