What would it be like if Autistic people made an empire what would it look like and what would it be like?

I think it really depends upon the emperor and the component nations of that empire. I would think it would be a very short lasting empire because in order to rule over people especially different kinds of people you need to understand them so we would be screwed.

The only "empire" an army of aspies could ever create are those you create on the computer, like 'Civilisation II' and 'Age of Empires'. No general, politician, wannabe world conqueror (like Genghiz or Alexander) ever had autism. While we're at it, no diplomat ever had the condition either, so why is this question even being asked?

Well, if that's the case then we have idiots running the C.I.A., which would not surprise me one bit since they actually did have a plan in place at one point in time to assassinate Fidel Castro via exploding cigar. Then of course there was the Bay of Pigs fiasco, the funding and arming of the 'Contras' during the 1980's, and many other such misadventures.

Putin is an A-grade psychopath. In other words, the exact opposite of someone with autism or Asperger's Syndrome.

Utterly shameful. Penalty: 20 years hard labour.
2. Dishonesty, backstabbing and betrayal. Penalty: solitary confinement for 10 years.

Maybe just the planet Vulcan, because those humans in Star Trek still do silly things, like act impulsively, and allow their emotions to get the better of them (ex. Dr. McCoy from the original series).

According to my history teacher, all one needs to start a nation is people who want to join. One needs land for a state or a country, but not for a nation. So WrongPlanet is already sort of an autistic empire, haha.
