Yes, WrongPlanet & AutismSpeaks are focused on autism;however, beyond this AutismSpeaks tends to have a greater emphasis on raising money to fund research in the potential hope of finding a cure.
WrongPlanet is more devoted to helping educators, parents, spouses, and autistic people themselves learn more about autism as a whole and to find the resources & tools needed to live a life that is both honorable and worthy within this chaotic society. I could go on further, yet I'll choose not to do so, for I'd not want to appear as if I was ranting.
