I live in the south of Brazil, I applied to one of the best universities in my country and recognized in the world, The name of the university is the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, a university that is popular because it is public.The university offers places reserved for people with disabilities, And also students have several accommodations for autistic students, autism is considered a disability in my country. What are the policies at universities in relation to your country?
The problem in my country is education, they invest a lot in public universities but forget about public basic education, and education is unequal because private schools have better performance That public schools.

In Australia there are several good universities and it is not too hard to get in, I believe.
