How are you getting to Autreat? (don't miss it!)

I will be presenting at Autreat 2008. This is a good chance for Wrong Planet members to meet one another in a safe environment. How many of you guys can go and how are you getting there? I'm thinking an airplane may be the best option but it's a little expensive to fly.

i'm not having a very good time with finding this information.

Sigh....it sounds like fun but I don't think I can make it this year It's too expensive for my budget right now.

I am getting there by taking a 12 hours flight from Tel Aviv to New York City, then taking a 7.5 hours greyhound journey from New York City to Buffalo, then taking a 2.5 hours greyhound journey from Buffalo to Bradford.
Believe me, it is worth it!

I'd really like to go but I have a baby who would be 6 mo. old at that time. Maybe when he's a bit older we could go. It would be really cool.

I will be going with my boyfriend who is also a member of this site. I will probably be getting there from a flight from Los Angeles to somewhere else to possibly somewhere else, eventually ending up in Bradford. I still need to make flight arrangements.

I'm getting there by (among other things) taking an 18 hours flight from Johannesburg to New York. Apparently the longest non-stop commercial flight in the world.

And, yes, it will be worth it.

I would probably go if I knew some of my friends on the site were going. I live close enough to drive there (though it would be a long trip). It would be much faster to fly.
