I see that "Effective Living" has since been decided on.

Would diet come under that?

There are so many AS with food intolerances/allergies. So many it makes me think that many more may suffer from them without even being aware of how their depression, chronic fatigue, joint pains, gut problems, frequent headaches, insomnia, "irritability" of skin and senses, mood-disorder, anxiety, spaced-out feelings, etc, could be the result of food they are eating every day.

Would a presentation on the subject of diet be of any interest?

.

What does being on a sub-committee involve? What's it like? Lots of phone calls? Paperwork to do? How much time?

I live in France, so everything would have to be by telephone, slow post, or internet.

I haven't managed to post anything at all, ( questions or proposals ), to their chat-list yet; :( I don't know how to fill in the required fields about server name and type etc, :? so I have used their temporary Live-Group chat link to ask how.

I think it is mostly done through e-mail.
Hopefully, Autscape's chat list will be functioning again within a few days, so you could post these questions to the organisers.
