I want to join one. I was thinking about Aspies for Freedom, but it appears impossible to register on their forums.

If you do know of an organization, please provide a link.

Hmm, I have tried to register on AFF for a couple of months now, but I can't. It seems that some people find a way around it, though, because there are some members on there who appear to have registered in August this year. I wonder if there's a way I could contact a moderator or an admin, so that they could sign me up.

I actually think Aspies For Freedom are extremists, I would stay away from them.

I do disagree with some of their views, but I would love to debate with them. They can't just kick out anyone who decides to argue.

I'm pretty sure that's what they do if you disagree with them.

Haha, well, screw them, then. I thought it would be worth a try, though, even if it fails.

Man, I wouldn't bother with them at all. When I joined they banned me saying I was another member even though I wasn't. I didn't care though I was just like "wtf?" It's mostly my friends with AS who have had bad experiences with them. There's just a lot of bizarre extremists on there.

I tried to register on AFF a few days ago, but it says they are no longer accepting new members. Hmm...that sounds nice doesn't it? I thought about contacting a moderator, but then thought to myself---why should a person wanting to join have to do this to get in? I am happy here at the WrongPlanet and I think I would find belonging to another site a bit overwhelming. I do belong to another site, but have rarely visited it.

I've tried joining AFF twice, and I wasn't accepted, both times that I tried.
