Hi,

"cat"= "category" (not enough title space)
I'm playing basketball in Greece and I just learnt that I have a too high IQ to play. I didn't learn how much I have(IQ), only that it is "normal or above average", but it certainly is above 75. (my IQ>75) . The Hellenic Sport Federation for Disadvantaged People that handles whether we are allowed to play in the basketball championships in the special category that we are, deemed that I and another aspie that plays with me aren't allowed to play, cause our IQ is too high(referring us to the webpage below).

The Greek organisation referred me to an international organisation based in England: http://www.inas-fid.org/athletereg.html
It's called InterNAtional Sports Federation for people with an Intellectual Disability.
Not even people with autism or ADHD are allowed to compete.

Does anyone else of you compete in any sport in a special category? Do they require your IQ to be low? I'm looking forward to your comments and questions.
