5'10, 125 lbs. But every time I look in the mirror all I see is a fatass staring back at me.

I'm actually becoming quite muscular due to working out and bike riding. I weigh about 154 lbs at 5'1", but I by no means overweight (mostly muscle), even though my BMI says otherwise.

I'm not fat. I exercise a lot, have a lot of muscle, am fit, and a low body fat percent.

I've been fat for most of my life except for an interval when I starved myself for a couple of years in my early twenties. I'm afraid my natural weight seems to be 100kg. Its been steady there for twenty years now. I'm active and a vegan and don't have a sweet tooth, I only drink water or black unsweetened coffee. Its just the shape I am, I no longer worry about it.

I am not fat. Plenty of people have made comments about my size. People saying things actually make me say to myself and believe that I am not fat.

To maintain my weight I need 3,250 calories a day. I used one of those calculator things. I took a long walk today and had tons of energy after I walked. I actually used that My Fitness Pal website along with other websites to calculate some of the junk foods I eat. When I was done doing it I saw that I would actually consume 2,042 calories.

Even if you do maintain and are active calories and certain foods are nothing to be abused. When I say abused I mean consuming junk and never adding other foods. My Fitness Pal tells you how many calories are in certain foods. For example, I'm a sushi nut. The kind of sushi I usually get a Philadelphia rolls, Oshinko Maki and Rainbow Rolls sometimes Tamago. I saw the calories in my average meal (I didn't add the Tamago because I forgot).

I did eat half a bag of candy corn last night because the power went out and I had nothing else to eat. I felt so sick this morning.

no, but every guy i'm seeing is. I last asked my bf, have you ever worked out where you lived? he said yeah, I did some weights.
what?! you could have fooled me I thought. secretly though, I really liked him. They say its the inside that counts, which it is.
How far is too far I wonder? I've done all sorts of bar-bells and cat postures in my time, and I am a healthy 8 stone 6. my height is 5ft2.
