I have decided to become more active in the forums, finding out about different ideas for increasing self esteem and confidence, finding out what works or what does not. I will be updating the thread with a new picture every 2 weeks to show my progress, this will help my motivation, some encouragement would be appreciated. :ninja: :ninja:

You already look perfect to me. But if you think you can improve on perfection, go ahead. I'm 100% behind you.
Are you also intending to become more physically active? I can't recommend exercise enough for warding off depression and building self-confidence.

a combination, i play football (soccer) once or twice a week and like to go jogging aswell. i will be lifting aswell, im not trying to get super muscly and big i just want to refine whats already there

I stopped working out immediately after i made this thread but came back to it today, this is the result of 2 work outs and 2 hours of cardio, with whey protein shakes and increased food intake
