It's incredible really when you think what the human body can actually literally go through

And it just keeps fighting for its own survival over and over again

It's mind blowing to say the least

I've lost 4kgs in the last month, hooray!

Part of it might be due to upchucking for 5 hours during the night two weekends ago. My flatmate and I caught a bug from somewhere. She was sick first then 24 hours later it was my turn. Never been so ill in my life. Took me a week to recover fully.

Congrats on the weight loss!

Sorry to hear about the upchucking.

Brilliant! Hopefully you won't have any issues in that regard, until then.

That's really good news. I got a letter in the mail saying I'm due for such a test. I'll ask my doctor about it when I go next.

Thank you both for the congrats. I thought it was impossible for me to lose weight.

Yeah it's not a nice procedure but I'm always relieved when it's done and out of the way

I get why so many women are reluctant to get it done though

I've heard there's other less invasive ways but I've never really looked into it

I don't mean to boast or nuffin but since I've been chewing my food at least 30 times per spoonful I've managed to cut out a full meal plus snacks every day

It's because I'm satisfied for longer but it's took me a good few weeks to get into the habit of it I can tell you

I don't weigh myself because I had an eating disorder so I don't go there but I'm staying healthy and I won't go underweight

Also my stool is a lot more better as well

So I'm just gonna try and keep up the hard work until it becomes normal

I've only ever had one long stay in hospital and that was when I was about 14 following a head injury and I stayed there for a week
