It's been two weeks since I have aligners, and I just switched to second pair of 59 I got. I feel plastic in mouth again...

It's nuts when I'm in pain because when I'm in pain sometimes I think it gets so much that I stop feeling it

I'm happy to say I seem to have turned a corner with the old IBS

It's not been easy and I've had to cut loads of stuff out but things are more stable

So just that really
