Anyone on WP workout? If so, what does your routine look like? What type of exercises do you do? What are your favorite exercises? How much do you weight? Post your stats!

I am 206 pounds or 93.63 kilograms. I run 3 miles everyday with my grand fathers dog. I work my upper body every other day. Doing pull ups and upper body plyometrics. I run sprints as well, 2 times a week. I hate eating healthy though, so I don't lol I eat pizza, pasta, drink soda, just munch out! I would probably be ripped if I eat healthy!

Upper body plyos are my favorite type of exercise! I am so lazy during the winter and pack on weight. So, when the summer comes, I have to work extra hard. Even though I have no friends or a significant other. Having a decent body just makes me feel better!

Also, I like being a decent size too. Mostly because when I was younger I used to get invited to parties just for the regular teenagers to jump me and beat me up.

I don't know if anyone on here was picked on and started working out as a result.

Been a long while since I worked out seriously. I used to train with free weights mostly but also some nautilus equipment, I don't know if they even make that anymore. I lifted 6 days a week with 3 days high reps low weight, 3 days high weight low reps. I usually worked out on a 80lb bag for at least an hour a day to wind down. We have a lot of hills here with 'trails' that I hiked for 5-10 hours a week. At my peak I was 6' 230 and maintained 8-9% body fat. Now I'm about 240 but it's not all muscle anymore. Enjoy it while you can young man  My diet..... Tuna in water, pasta, and oranges mostly. Plus the standard vitamins, minerals, amino acids, yada, yada, yada. I guess that's one of the perks of AS, when you focus on something, you REALLY focus on it

I have no idea what nautilus equiptment is lol You had a nice routine going. 230 @ 7% BF is rediculously tight! That's practically body building competition standards! That had to be a tremendous amount of work man! I would be to lazy to get that far lol i am 14% body fat. I will def enjoy being in shape while it lasts. My eating habits will eventually catch up with me too. I eat like a pig man! So when my metabolism slows with age, the weight will pack on lol

I am about 200 lbs sometimes 188 to 190 my weight goes up and down alot in short periods of time. I eat junkfood but I also ride a bike 20 miles a day. If I eat low carb foods I get tired and fatigued fast I think my metabolism is still high I tend to burn more carbs than I take in.

I did a lot of strength training in high school, but in university and now I mostly do endurance stuff. Lots of running, bike riding, stairs, etc. I do one thing with this one three floor flight of rarely used stairs at the university I went to - I go to the bottom, hold a wall sit for 2 minutes, then rush up to the top, do 20 push ups, back down, repeat for about an hour.

I used to go for walks all the time for once a day for about a half hour and then I got lazy. I should go back to doing it again.

It's partly about metabolism but a large part of it is food discipline. I didn't deviate from my diet for years. The pizza will kick your ass, trust me you might win some battle with it but it will win the war

I definitely wasn't low enough for any kind of serious competition. You'd probably want to be 4-5% if you want to compete. On top of that I split my training for definition and strength with high weight/low rep half the time. To compete you have to be focused on definition and symmetry and I just wasn't interested in getting that deep into it. I just really did it because it felt good and has practical advantages in everyday life.

i love endurance training! I run a lot of 5K races!! I remember my 1rst race. The newark corporate run of 08 i think. I made 23rd place out of 800 people. Not bad considering I trained for only 2 weeks lol Since then I have made 1rst a bunch of times!

I want to try a half marzthon next! 13 miles. Thats a big one!

Just getting back into going to the gym, am doing light powerlifting exercises, i.e. deadlift, squats and benchpress, and other general weights stuff. Been back at it about 3 weeks 3 times a week and really liking it.
I'm about 25% down on my max, although I haven't gone near my DL max as I am trying to strengthen my lower back which I have a lot of trouble with. I am 80Kgs, my 1rm were average as I'm tall and not that strong, esp my squat is terrible, they were 82kg bench, 95kg squat, 135kg deadlift.

Also Plyos are awesome, we used to do press ups using chains hanging from a cable machine that had stirrups to put our hands in, man that was hard, your arms would start to shake!

I'm 6'3'', was 350lbs before I started lifting and cutting. Dropped to 215 and maintained for ~6 months. Currently back cutting down, going for 180lbs.

I do agree that having AS is very beneficial when working towards a goal. I am about as dedicated as a person can get when I put my mind to something.

Need to exercise regularly it helps so much with switching off from life which is so hard with AS. Do get very obsessed with exercise however. Training for tough murder at the moment back issues so taking a week off to try to sort it out. Foam roller and tennis ball therapy is my new strategy and core exercises

I keep to a 3 times a week intense lifting routine and 40 mins of cardio in between those days. I've lost 37lbs because of the added cardio and new diet. I'm at 204 now.

i dont really work out as such.
i do try to watch my diet and i do my crunches if i remember/feel like it, but otherwise not a lot.
i am in relatively good shape though, i am strong enough to carry almost everything i would want to carry/lift, sprint to catch a bus and walk for hours on end, i have even been known to out-sprint semi-professional soccer players in a friendly match on occasion, so i dont really see the need to do more workout then i currently do; i'll stick to mental workouts trough sudoku and meditation :P

I workout with compound exercises. Lost a little mass because of pneumonia, but I'm seeing progress, though. :)
