I woke up early from my alarm clock with the intention of going to the gym. Instead I noted that I had caught a cold and went back to bed.

I have yet to do my physical therapy exercises in well over 2 weeks now due to the fact that I'm in pain.

Gardening stuff, taking down bean trellis and fixing to dig the beds up. Weedeating, chopping brush and mowing.
Was lazy about part of the garden and turned the geese in to eat the grass and fertilize as they go.

I recently joined a gym to improve my fitness and strength.
Today I did a round on the weight machines for arms and core, also a rower and a cycle machine.

17 miles bike ride in two halves, riding from village to town, taking scenic route back. 20 minute walk which included 5 minutes of running. A small number of pull ups + push ups + handstand kick ups against wall.

Thank you.

The fact that it's been great for my health, weight, and back problems, has been a major motivator. Getting to learn real traditional kung fu is another. The fact that I seem to be doing well at it is the cherry on top.

I do still need to get back in to bicycling.

Kettlebell swings, deadlifts, and a couple arm and shoulder exercises. Done with the weights I have in my room. I also went for a ~25 minute walk around my city in the morning. Need to keep that Vitamin D up.
