Have you discussed this with a physician? temperature differentials in the extremities could be an indicator of a non trivial circulatory problem. By non trivial, I mean one that could progress to an early death. I am not saying that this is the case, but death IS natures way of telling that you ignored her earlier symptoms. Of course some symptoms are just an indicator of a harmlless personal wierdness, but if it were me, I would have it checked out, ESPECIALLY if I had some insurance or the costs were otherwise minor --- say less than a months rent.
