you could start a new poll asking WPers if they work-out to better prepare themselves for the rigors of sexual intercourse. or if good general fitness and muscle tone enhances the sex experience. just a thought.

I would have to say that overtraining would make things worse, big thighs make it hard enough to walk much less fit them in between the legs of a thin unflexible woman. Not to mention somewhere between the two bodies it's preferable to have some cushion, rock hard abs against bone wouldn't be the way to go in for a rough night IMO.

If someone were to make sex competitive I'd imagine that most of the professional competitors would be built lean but not excessively lean. They'd of course probably have spent most of their workouts working on muscular endurance with light resistance (really doesn't take a lot of strength to put motion in the ocean). Probably more cardio than even that really.

Coronary artery disease limits my cardio workout to walking on a treadmill or moderate speed on a stationary bike, but my schedule is:

Sunday. Power yoga, 90 minutes.
Monday. Cardio, weights, abs and stuff on the mat at the gym, 90 minutes
Tuesday. Hatha yoga, 90 minutes.
Wednesday. Teach yoga, 60 minutes. Cardio and weights at the gym, 90 minutes.
Thursday. Hatha yoga 90, minutes.
Friday. Rest.
Saturday. Cardio, weights, abs and stuff at the gym, 120 minutes.
Total: 10.5 hours.

I'm allergic. :D
I used to have to run for dance team back in high school, and I'd be puking left and right.

I just don't see a real reason to.

I am a noob powerlifter & train 4x/week for about 2ish hours per. I am using a 1/2/1 split so I get 3 "fresh days" for the full body lifts (Bench on Sun, Squat on Tue, Overhead Press on Wed, Deadlift on Fri) and deload every 4th week.
