Been on a low carb small portion diet but.....

If you're pretty active throughout the day, you probably need to up your carb intake. If not, it might just be something your adjusting to, so the feeling could go away. I know that people that go on the juice diet will say they feel funny in the head and lethargic, but they will get over it as their system adjusts.

Just go through it, it'll get better, trust me. It took me like 3-4 months to finally lose my addiction to pizza and pasta. I'm doing a grain-free diet.

You might want to look at something that has carbs but more of the kind that are complex and take a long time to digest - steel-cut oatmeal is a good choice, or something like Ezekial bread which is all whole grains etc.
