I tried to control my appetite on my own, but it didn’t work. Then I turned for help to some appetite suppressant supplements and it gave me what I actually needed. What is the main point in putting off fats? It is to control your appetite and pills have amazingly helped me. Now, I’m slim just as I wished and can easily control my hunger without any pills and diets. I think they’ll help you too. Consult your doctor to get, there are a lot of them in your local pharmacy store.

I'd like to add that I have a tendency to binge eat. It's hard to stop 1ce I start eating snacks. I'm on the supplement Phen Caps(clicky link) which is kind of an appetite suppressant that helps with weight loss. I think it's helping me alittle but I'm only taking it 1ce a day with breakfast instead of 2wice a day like it says to. It's kind of expensive but I save some money by buying a larger quantity. I think I may manage OK without it 1ce my supply runs out if I try not to binge eat & exercise more.

I've been trying kratom, they only sell it at head shops for some reason, its a lot like caffeine, only subtle and longer lasting. Its actually used to treat opiate addiction in some places.

Look up adaptogen herbs if you want an antidepressant.
