I gained like 10lbs just in 3 weeks vacation. So, if you want a bit less food guilt, just try making everything from scratch and see where that gets you. I think another plus of cooking is, your food isn't "instant" you gotta wait for it. So very little like "on demand" kinda food. That and the activity takes energy. Honestly for me sometimes, cooking is just done because I'm bored, though, so that can make you fat I guess.

I've had processed food maybe twice in YEARS.
The only thing I eat at the moment is steamed cauliflower or broccoli, and I'm thinking of cutting back drastically because my weight loss has stalled.

From one of your other posts that said you were only 21% BF, I'd say that's complete utter insanity.

No.

I said my bf was at 21% when I weighed 215 lbs (this was a little less than two years ago).
It could be the same now, for all I know, but when it was measured around halfway through my weight loss it was at 14%, so I'm not sure.

Anyway, I weighed 115.4 this AM- some of that's probably water weight, though, because I got up in the night and drank a huge jug of H2O.

I think it's because my workout doesn't increase my heartrate anymore, and because I had a couple incidents of overdoing it with carbs lately.

How do people not feel guilty eating?

This is honest question as I feel just as guilty having a protein shake an burger from the local take away shop. I end up either eating nothing or feel so guilty and agonise over for the rest of the day.

This is a serious issue as i feel guilty now even though i am dizzy but i have to go ride a motorbike.

The people who don't feel gulity about eating don't have "rules" in their heads about what they "should" or "shouldn't" eat, or how much or how little, or when they should eat. The word should, ideally would not appear in a sentence related to food or eating. If you feel gulity, then there is a should in there somewhere.

The reason you feel gulity is because you have placed rules and restrictions on yourself. It may have started consciously in a controlled way, but if you do it too much or for too long it can easily be absorbed into your subconscious and that's when you end up with disordered eating or an eating disorder.
