I've been to several live games before. Baseball holds the record for most times gone. * I been going since 2003-2009 ever since A-Rod was with the Texas Rangers * It's funny during the time I watched them, they were bad. Now that I've stopped going, they are in the playoffs. * I wonder if I'm cursed, or just bad timing *

I also been to an Harlem Globetrotters game... once with my dad as a kid. * the Globetrotters won by the way *

Last year I went to my first NHL game, and I had a blast going.

I only like to go to events that involve combat sports. I have been to a hockey game before, but it was not much fun. Team sports doesn't do much for me. Especially baseball, I find it so boring to sit through a game of nothing happening, which is often what happens in a game of baseball.

I have a tip when attending sporting events: Those front-row seats are rather pricey, and are not all they're cracked up to be, because you have to turn your head to see the action.

I prefer the upper-row seats, as I don't have to turn my head to see the action; and I get a great view of things.

Sadly, while I want to attend this Sunday's Pats/Hawks game......... budgetary constraints restrict me from doing so. Eh, I'll got a nearby sports bar and watch......

I've seen games in about half of all Major League stadiums. They're always fun. College football? I've only been to a few games in person, but didn't care for them because the fans got so drunk and rowdy it was impossible to watch the game in peace.

I've been to hundreds of football (soccer) matches,Usually my local team St Mirren but a few international matches as well.Biggest crowd
I've been part of is around 60,000. I'm used to the crowds,in fact it's kind of comforting knowing you're in a shared experience.
I've also seen 1 ice hockey match (it's not so widespread here as in North America !) and 1 amateur cricket match.

I saw the San Jose Sharks play against the L.A. Kings during Memorial Day weekend. So much fun! :D

Nice.

I see you mentioned the Seahawks previously, I'm a Seahawks fan (originally from Portland) but I live in the midwest now and I think it would be bananas to go to a road game.

It's funny, before I even found this discussion I'd been spending my morning looking at the schedule trying to figure out where I'd like to go to do this

St Louis would be the easy one because I live just a couple hours from there.

But if I want to get really extreme and actually travel somewhere (which I kind of do want to do) Houston, Indianapolis, and New Jersey (vs. Giants) are all ridiculous options that I have this season.

Although it's kind of far away I could drive to Indy but that may not be the best option because my girlfriend is a Colts fan and we might end up strangling each other if we went to that game.

Seeing the Giants at the Meadowlands in December just intuitively sounds like an insane experience and is probably the front runner. If I'm going to get strangled and/or clubbed to death at a football game I think having it be at the hands of a stranger would be preferable to getting snuffed out by my girlfriend
