Workout in gym or at home?
I've worked out at various gyms and also at home.
The advantage of home workouts, mainly, is that nobody is hogging the piece of equipment that you want to use.
It's so annoying when you finish one exercise and then can't do the next one because somebody is on it for 25 minutes!
Or conversely, when you are using a piece of equipment and are pausing, briefly, between sets and some impatient meat head asks you, "Have you finished on there, mate?" if I'd finished I wouldn't still be sitting on it!
So I workout at home now.
The main, & indeed only, problem that I've faced with my home workouts is that I've got myself pinned a couple of times while bench pressing.
Which is worrying!

LOL. I know what you mean. I used to have a strict routine that I had to do in order and if someone was using a machine I needed it caused me overload sometimes. And it was bad because my testosterone was pumping and I couldn't handle it.
I once got myself pinned at the gym and it was embarrassing. The trainer came to my rescue though.
